He takes the time to explain everything if you don’t understand the workout or don’t know how to do them, he will take the time to teach you and explain what you are doing wring and what they are for. I was little hesitant about going to the gym I would go and then stop after a week or two, one day I decided I needed help in staying consistent but also know what workouts to do. That’s where Juan comes in, I started with the basic program to see how it would go and see if I would be able to handle such thing of having a trainer/coach, which I did.
