My name is Juan Navarro born and raised in Blackfoot ID. I started my fitness journey back in 2010 when in began playing sports. I wrestled and played football these 2 sports became a passion and a way of releasing stress, frustration, and building confidence. Fast forward a few years, I then joined the military 2013 which you must have a fit lifestyle, this is when I began lifting and seeing how the gym and lifting weights can help deal with those stresses, frustration, and building confidence. That is the reason why I became a fitness coach/Personal trainer. I love to help people feel the same way I’ve felt with sports and lifting. I help women feel confident and comfortable, I help men gain strength and lose weight and I help kids learn how to deal with stress and become strong and confident.
